This list is based on my own experience with immunity. I went to the dentist for a tooth extraction and he wanted me to take antibiotics a week later. I rejected the idea, knowing how it affects the immune system. After all, it is an anti-biotic. But I agree.
The first day I took the medication, I felt my energy decrease. Over the weekend I started having severe bronchitis and sinusitis, a digestive tract and yeast infection that resulted in a UTI. I worked hard for six months to get my immune system back to where it was before I started taking antibiotics. During that time, I used everything in my toolbox to boost my immune system.
Everything on this list is what I made, used, and bought at the time. This is a long list and I haven't done everything every day. You don't have to do everything every day, but doing a few things every day will help build a stronger immune system. Hopefully some or all of them will improve your immune system.
